Hi, I'm working on a recording that comes from a cassette. It's probably a tape of a tape of a tape. My problem is that the treble fades in and out. It goes from muddy sounding to bright. Is there anything I can do? I ran noise redux so I have minimal tape hiss. Thanks in advance, -ck |

Hi, I know exactly what you mean, since I too have a lot of tapes that freak around with the treble. To my knowledge there is nothing that can be done. No effect, bandpass or EQ could make the treble sound the same throughout the whole recording. I'm sorry, but I think you'll just need other source material. -ck wrote: >>Hi, >> >>I'm working on a recording that comes from a cassette. >>It's probably a tape of a tape of a tape. >> >>My problem is that the treble fades in and out.
