Subject:sound file decoding

looking at using either ADPCM or Microsoft ADPCM
encoding using Sound Forge. Need to do the decode
in hardware on the device that we're designing.
Is the Sound Forge ADPCM or Microsoft ADPM a CCITT
standard and if so, which ones (G.726, G.723, ...)?
If not, does somebody have the algorithm for decoding?
Is anybody providing a compatible decode
hardware IP?
