Subject:i cant see avis after instal sound forge xp

hi, i instal sound forge xp 4.5 in my machine, after that i
cant see any of the avis, the windows media player said
error unknown, somebody know how to fix it, i have several
avis to put it in director but i cant see it, please help
me.
