Subject:virtual MIDI Router Posted by: nmr2 Date:4/23/2000 11:38:00 AM I am using a old junky Yamaha PSR-36 as a controll, going into my sound card (PC1512) via MIDI cables and I want to assign samples of audio (and trigger them) to the keys on the external controller (basically turning SOundforge into a sampler)......does anyone know about the VMR software and is it on the installation disk? nate

There are quite a few other programs out there which would allow you to do this, I would suggest looking through: http://www.hitsquad.com/smm for a "Virtual Sampler" program. Hello.
