I was wondering if anyone has problems detecting a scsii host in the sampler tool that comes with sound forge. I am using a adaptech 2940u/2940uw scsii card to connect an A5000 yamaha sampler. Maybe I need to upgrade to latest version? Also it seems to work fine in win98, just not on my win2000 machine. Thanks -Gote |

Hello. I would suspect that you will need to upgrade your 2940 drivers to the Windows 2000 version from the Adaptec site, this should hopefully resolve this issue for you. Thanks and good luck. Alas, no. This doesn't solve the problem. Check out some of the other posts on the subject of SCSI. This is VERY MUCH a known problem... :( K.Shaffer wrote: >>Hello. >> >>I would suspect that you will need to upgrade your 2940 drivers to >>the Windows 2000 version from the Adaptec site, this should hopefully >>resolve this issue for you. >> >>Thanks and good luck. >> >>No thank you wrote: >>>>I was wondering if anyone has problems detecting a scsii >>>>host in the sampler tool that comes with sound forge.
