I have a 600+MB Wav file of live recorded music. I want to burn it to a cd devided into tracks. What is the best/easiest way to accomplish this.(By making separate WAv files.) Is there an easy way to breakup a large file? Please respond directly to: CMHAWKINS@mandtbank.com Thank you in advance for any help anyone can offer. |

Hello. The easiest way that I can think of would be to load up the entire waveform in Sound Forge, highlight the areas which are seperate songs, and then drag them OUTSIDE of the waveform window itself, this will create a new window with the highlighted selection that you dragged out, after doing that, you could save each of these wave files seperately using the "Save As" feature. Thanks.
