Subject:Clicks in Rendered mp3s

I'm running AcidPro6 and have noticed that sometimes when I render mp3s, there are clicks in the files. The selection will sound fine during playback prior to rendering, but the rendered file has this issue.

I don't know if this matters, but the files in question are generally around 30 seconds in length, with several of them per Acid project. I'm using around 12 or so tracks with multiple effects but no bussing. My audio interface is the Focusrite Saffire, my RAM is 512MB.

Has anyone had this issue before? If so, how were you able to resolve it?

I also have this issue. It seems to happen to me most when I'm rendering a track which I've incorporated some MIDI tracks into, and they're usually short, 30 seconds long at most.

The only way I've worked around it is by slicing the clip at the exact moment of the click, and the quick fade edges camouflage the blemish.
