Is it possible to do multi-track editing with Sound Forge? If so, is there a maximum number of tracks? I'm thinking of using it to make creative radio documentaries? Is it a right product for that? EL |

Eamon, Sound Forge is a mono or two track editor! If you want to do more than two track editing you must look at VegasPro or Acid. I own VegasPro and for what you are wanting to do it fits the bill! I must add though, Sound Forge is a must also. It is used to edit individual tracks more precisely than VegasPro alone can! There is a button which will allow you to open any track into Sound Forge for editing within VegasPro. Check it out. Try the free download, as a test for your needs. If you like it, buy it! You will be elated at the results. MM. |
