Subject:Sound Forge XP 4.0

I was just wondering what the deal is, Can you use direct x
plug ins with the xp version of sound forge. This version
came with my soundcard and relize that it sucks. I would to
know how to get the better version of sound forge and don't
think I want to pay an arm and leg for 4.5. ????? if some
one can email me and let me know why I got stuck with a
crappy version of Sound Forge. jazz69@home.com
Where can I get a better version for a cheaper price???
