Subject:Template/Codec problem ..

Hi all,
Until recently, I've been batch converting .mp3s to .asf
and .ra no problem.
However, in the last few days, I can't convert anything - I
keep getting the error;

'The file could not be saved. You may have a bad or
corrupted template.'

I've tried reinstalling, installed indeo5 but still get the
error. I'm guessing that this is some sort of corrupt codec
problem, but can't figure out how to get around it. I've
got backup tapes, but am not sure what I actually need to
restore!

Any help - greatly appreciated.
