I cannot hear any audio while I am recording. I am inputting directly into my computer
I get levels but no audio

What's your audio interface?

If you can see meters moving but not hear it, you might want to check your audio interface's software mixer (if possible). Could be just a case of a specific output being muted.

Please fill out your system specs in your user profile.

To use ACID's software input monitoring you must use a sound card with ASIO drivers available.

To use input montoring you then enable it on each track you are recording or input monitoring from. Set this from the track's context menu.

Note, this is covered in both the user manual and the on-line help in ACID.
