Subject:Better functionality for MP3

Regardless of the CD burning program I use (Adaptec, CD- Architect, Feurio, etc) I am unable to burn an MP3 file to CD without gaps between tracks. So I figured that when I wanted to do a burn I would convert the MP3s to WAV format temporarily, using SF for the purposes of getting them onto a CD-R without gaps between tracks. The problem: even when the cd burning softwre is set to allow no gap between the tracks there is a fractional second gap imputed in the converted WAV file. This cannon be seen when opening up the file but it's there. Is this just the way it is with MP3s, meaning this technology is just not there yet or is there a workaround? |
