Has anyone had a problem with a random beep noise during playback of a Acid 7 project? If so, how can I fix this?

Thanks

It sounds like you have a plug-in that is in demo mode. Most try-before-you-buy plug-ins insert beeps so that you can try the plug-in but really can't use the audio. Remove the plug-ins one-by-one and when the beeping stops the last plug-in you removed was causing it.

Thanks JR. I'll try that now. All of my plugins were free downloads and worked glitch free on Acid Music Studio 6.

I'll try though.

Peace

I had a weird one happen today that ties in to this. To facilitate having one of my bandmates work on a tune in Acid 6 pro (current d/l update revision) I used Batch Update to convert the Wav files to PCA. After I finished replacing them in the ACD project my built-in XFX reverb started beeping displaying a "demo" sign.Since I can't figure out what might have caused this I plan on deinstalling then reinstalling Acid. Has anyone else had this happen?

Looks like reinstalling it solved the problem of the reverb plugin going to demo mode. Which serves as a warning about the Batch Converter. It is still internally showing itself as a "Sonic Foundry" program, even if you d/l the latest update from Sony (which is I guess a few years old). So if you put this on the system (and it is a very useful tool) expect to have to reload the current Sony version of Acid 6.
