Is there a plugin for an meter in SOund Forge XP4.5? If
not why is there not a meter beside the record meter?

Don't follow you. What kind of meter do you want and what is it
metering?

If you mean Play Level Meter, Sound Forge has the best one.

Click "Wiew" and then "Play Meter". You'll get a small Level
Meter somewhere in the screen. Click and drage it all around
the screen and you'll have small or full size, horizontal or
vertical Level Meter than you can place wherever in the screen.
Clicking the borders or the corners you can resize the Meter.

Righ cliching the meter you can set the Scale and other useful
parameters.

Maybe there are some mistakes (English is not my Language)
