I am a new user to Sound Forge. I deelop CBT and use Sound Forge to make vice scripts for the slides. The problem I am having is that I do not always speak at the same volume. Therefore, the sound of my voice on each slide is louder or softer than the previous slide. Is there some batch method for giving all of the voice scripts the same volume? I sincerely appreciate any help anu of you can offer. Thanks Carlton Carr |

If you're using SF 4.5, which I'll assume you are, you can go to the Tools menu and select Batch Converter. From there you can write a script that normalizes all of your audio. I reccomend you use the preset for voice, I think it's around -12 dB, but experimentation will give you the best results. Hope this helps you.
