I have recently purchased a Hewlet Packard cw writer. With it came the Music Jukebox. It also came with two hewlet packard cd's. I wrote those cd's first and they worked fine. Today i attempted to write one of my music cd's to a Imation cd and an error message occured that read as follows, Disc isn't Consumer Audio media. Does this mean that I can only write to Hewlet Packard cd's? Any information on the problem would be appreciated. |

Hello Stephanie! The only type of media you can use with the HP Music Jukebox program is called "Consumer Audio Media" - a special type, made for audio only. You are not limited to HP Audio CD's...your Imation CD's will work with the cd-writer, just not the HPMJ. For further details, you could head over to: http://www.hpcdmusic.com Thanks for writing. stephanie wrote: >>I have recently purchased a Hewlet Packard cw writer. With >>it came the Music Jukebox.
