The keycode they refer to is on the left-inside-panel of the fold-out card; bottom right of the panel. The serial number is on the right-inside-panel of the fold-out card; bottom right of that panel. I discovered this after spending a few minutes with a patient & helpful customer service agent on the phone. The marketing group needs to work on a better direct mail piece.
