Hello, I sent a mail that has same contents to your support address at last Sunday. Still no reply. So I decided to write here. I hope get somekind of answer this time... I'm a user of your SoudForge 4.5d and Acid Music 2.0 and got a few problem with both product. I just bought and installed Acid Music 2.0 last weekend. Acid itsalf runs fine but The Amplitude Modulation Effect of ExpressFX 2. It appears properly in the Effect menu of both Acid and Sound Forge. Also works fine. In my Cubase VST 3.71, All other effects in the ExpressFX 1 and 2 package are listed correctly. Only Amplitude Modulation Effect of ExpressFX 2 is not named properly in Cuase VST. It's named like "CLSID\{blahblahblahblah". Whats wrong with my setup? Was there some problem during installation? (Please check http://www.din.or.jp/~tak_k/badname.gif for this problem) Problems with Sound Forge 4.5 - In "Open" and "Save As" dialogs, right side of the window is missing. (Please check http://www.din.or.jp/~tak_k/baddialog.gif for this problem) I know how to fix this problem. There is the way on the Japanese manual that your Japanese distributer HookUp made which came with the copy of my SF last year. But the solution really annoy me. Do you know the way they tell me on the Japanese manual? It goes like this.... "At the Display property in control panel, chenge your display font size to Big...." yes, its actually fix the problem. but It makes every programs's menu, title fonts bigger on the Windows!!!! I just hate it! Another one.... if I push "Play" button or checked the "Auto play" on the Open dialog, I don't hear anything. Switching the wave output between Ensonic Audio PCI and Event Gina at "Option > Preferance > Wave" doen't fix it. I also use Syntrillium's Cool Edit 96 that has same function on open dialog. It works fine. I run these software on a home made PC P233 MMX GigaByte GA586HX mobo 160MB RAM Win95 4.00.950 B Japanese Edition. DirectX 7. Ensonic Audio PCI with the latest driver Event Gina with the latest driver Sorry for my poor English. Thanks, |
