Subject:DirectX Audio Drivers

I cant seem to get Sound Forge to use a DirectX Audio
Driver for the output. I have DirectX 7 installed, and it
works for Cubase so I'm quite confused.

Sound Forge does not use DirectSound to play audio. It uses Wave
devices.

What sound card are you using? Does the device show up at all in
Forge?
