Subject:mp3 to wave decoding bit rate?

Hello. Does anyone know the max mp3 decoding bit rate for
Sound Forge? Remember the old arguments about WinAmp
decoding at 64-bit max and Nad decoding at 110-bit max?
Well, I'm curious about Sound Forge!
