Anyone have experience w/recording LP's to CD via Soundforge? If so, is there a utility in the program to remove pops & clicks etc. from the LP's. |

Absolutely yes. We use both the "vinyl restoration" and "noise reduction" and we get amazing results. Sometime, with "click removal", we "make up" the last clicks. Arrigo. David, Arrigo's right! But you should be aware that these features are not a part of Sound Forge 4.5. They are only available through Sonic Foundry's Noise Reduction 2.0 DirectX plug-in (available for order on line.) If you're serious about removing pops, clicks, and turntable hum, you definitely want to get your hands on Noise Reduction 2.0. Have fun, Gary Arrigo Zanessi wrote: >>Absolutely yes. >> >>We use both the "vinyl restoration" and "noise reduction" >>and we get amazing results.
