Subject:WAV file size limits for SF and CDA

I am a WaveLab 2.02 user and the thing that vexes me
most about it is the 2.1GB limitation on .wav files.
What (if any) is the limit on the size of .wav files
fully supported for Sound Forge and CD Architect? I
cannot find any indication in any of the literature
and web sites for them. I even got a copy of the
user manual for Sound Forge and it does not say.

Thanks,

Hello.

Unfortunately, the .WAV 2 gig limitation is imposed by the actual .wav
specification file format set by Micrsoft, and not any of the
programs.
Therefore, it will be 2 gigs from ALL programs that utilize .wav
files.

Thanks.
