Subject:Cannot open 2GB Wav in Direct/Readonly mode?

I did a recording of 3 hours @ 44.1, and I cannot open it
with soundforge in "direct" or RO mode.

I am stuck with a 2 gig tempfile, and this is not very
stable to work with under windows :(.

any suggestions?
