In an attempt to un-install and re-install SF, I tried the uninstall feature first of SF and then the control panel in NT. Apparently some necessary files are unavailable for the uninstall to proceed. When attempting to reinstall regardless of the uninstall program functioning, the set-up process stops indicating that a "newer version" exists and should be unistalled first. Catch-22. What can I do short of Format C to eliminate the SF info from the registry. HELP!!! Email info if possible so I can work on this problem ASAP. wrightpg@ih.navy.mil |

Paul, Something in the Windows registry has likely become corrupt or there are files missing which were installed originally. Please call our Technical Support line for help with this issue. The number is (608)256-5555. We answer 7AM to 10PM Central Monday through Friday. It is best to callfrom a phone near your computer and have your serial number available.
