Is it possible to NOT specify a temp file folder so that SF will use memory for temp files? If not, is anyone using a RAMDISK that is working well? Can I specify the RAMDISK as first choice for temp files, then a hard drive path as second choice when the ramdisk fills up? Thanks, Eugene |

Yes, I've used other audio production programs that let you specify two temp file folders, primary and secondary. When the primary disk fills up, it starts using secondary. I made the primary a RAMDISK and it was MUCH faster. |
