Subject:Filtering out wind noise in outdoor recording

I am new to SF4.5 and have been recording outdoor concerts
on my laptop. My problem is wind noise. I am using wind
screens on my mics but am still getting noise. Does anyone
out there know how to filter out this problem? Any help
would be greatly appreciated!
