Subject:real audio files

i have soundforge4.5c
i cannot open .ra or .ram files.is it normal?
does someone know how to convert real audio files to mp3?

Yes, this is normal. The only client realy able to open .rm or .ra
files is the real player. you can edit .rm files using real producer.
Furthermore - if the .rm file is all you have i would get a good clean
audio out from one computer playing back the .rm file and get another
computer with a good clean audio in to record it - as a .wav file.
you can then convert to MP3. I don't knoe of any MP3 encoder that
recognizes .rm files.
