Subject:Free Filter (VST) Under Sound Forge?????

After loading Free Filter, it does not show up under the
DirectX menu. (This is the first DIrectX app i am
installing, so the DirectX menu does not even exist at this
point...) Installing Free Filter only loads a .dll.

What am i doing wrong? The Sound Forge docs say to consult
the plug in docs. The Free Filter docs do not include any
installation instructions.
