Subject:Best way to make MP3's using Sound Forge?

I'm going from tape to ? to MP3's. Must I make a .wav first...and then make the .wav into an MP3? I think I have the latest version of Sound Forge (4.5). Any ideas? Thank you in advance for any help. ld |

I dont think u can make MP3's in sound forge, ive tried lookin for it before. unless its a easter egg... I sugest u get blade encoder. it works really well. u can get it at: http://www.mp3place.com under software/encoders. >>Floorboard |

All you have to do is in the "save as" box, save as a mp3 under file type!
