Subject:I just F$*#ed up big time!!!

I just reinstalled soundforge 4.5 because it was playing up
a little bit,but to my dismay I installed it to my "Audio"
folder instead of my "Soundforge" folder,so when i realised
my mistake and uninstalled it to redo the process correctly
the damn thing deleted the "audio" folder which containd
Cakewalk,Recycle,B-Box,and all of my plug-ins the worst
thing is all of my Cakewalk songs are safe but the wavedata
folder is gone so I can reinstall Cakewalk and see my
months of hard work but I can never hear any of it without
months of hard work.
Can anyone come up with a miracle cure
for my situation?
If not let this serve as a warning to
computer muso's."BE FUCKIN'CAREFUL".
