Subject:Can't apply CDA update patch

got CDA/SFXP bundle, told that the version I have is not
a "lite" version, why can't I apply the update?

Do I need a non-bundled CDA disc?

Will SF send me one?

When on the phone with tech last week, he said I didn't
need but it kinda seems like I do, any suggestions?
