Subject:need to edit out sibilation out of voice. Any tips?

I have a voice recording of a lecture that has to much
sibilation ("s"s being too pronounced).

1 I need to edit this out only using Sound Forge, is it
possible to a good job with Sound Forge?

2 I have given it a go with Dynamics(graphic) tool but
could not isolate the sibilating frequency. Any other tools
I should try?
