Subject:Loading Digital Video

I'm trying to mark cue points in a digital video saved in
Quick Time format to use in Macromedia Director, but Sound
Forge won't let me open the file. Is there a way to open a
Quick Time file or convert to some other format. (The video
won't open using Media Player either.)
