Subject:.sfl file format

I have to extract the region information from roughly 16000
audio files and so I would naturally like to automate the
process.

Could someone please tell me the format for the .sfl file
(Which I think is just the last part of the wav file--
correct me if I'm wrong).

I need accuracy to thousandths of a second.
