I was wondering if there was any way to single out the vocals on a track using SF 4.5 or Acid Pro. It's very annoying to get beats in the background and try to match them up while overlaying them. Robert Rio |

The only thing I can suggest revolves a bit around physics and will need experimentation but try it and let me know how you get on: Do a vocal cut (process/channel converter/Vocal cut). but keep a copy of the original file. Invert the vocal cut file (process/invert), Mix the results with the original file and phase 'in theory' should do the rest. If any one at Sonic Foundry is reading this, can I have a job?
