How to synchronize tempo at one project file with one track drum loop and one track CD song?

If I understand your question correctly, you want a song from a CD and a drum loop to play in sync with the project. The drum loop should already adjust to the project's tempo so what you have to do is use the Beatmapper on the CD track to add the necessary beat information to keep it in sync.

Yes Johnny, that's what I need, but if I open CD song at Beatmapper and set up tempo wrong, I have a problem to open same song at Beatmapper again and make changes. I didn't find in Submenu Beatmapper.

OK so you want to beatmap it again. Right-click on the clip and choose Clip Properties... In the Clip Properties window make sure the ACID Type is set to Beatmapped .Then go to the Stretch tab and press the Beatmapper Wizard... button. This will allow you to re-beatmap the wave file.
