How many loops are included with Music Studio 7? I don't plan on spending a bunch of more money on loops and things in the near future, so I'm wondering how much I can do right out of the box. Thanks. |

HI! Enter in the file menu and chose "get media from the web". There are many loops. |

You don't have to spend money to get loops--good loops, too. Just Google "free music loops" or "free loop downloads" or some other appropriate combination of keywords. You'll be downloading for hours. Looking for a bass loop or a trumpet loop? Put that in your keywords. If you're mostly using loops and not your own performances, you might want to consider a loop collection or two. The first one you buy, IMHO, should be a "construction kit" that contains loops of various instruments, that usually stick to one theme or musical genre. Universal Groove Elements (on this site), for example, is a CD you could complete several complete projects from, with many loops to spare. |

I say get the loops ... it's $10 for the disk + s/h. There are 1121 MIDI files for 30 songs. There are 1372 WAV files as samplers from the various Sony sound collections. There are 1646 WAV files in the loop library. There are 5 ACD files for songs. |

If you buy Music Studio 7 online, the disk is only $10 more. If you buy it as a package, the disk is included as part of the package. |
