Subject:recording midi from cakewalk to audio in soundforge

I would like to record my midi tracks in cakewald pro audio
7 to audio in soundforge 4.5, the problem is I can't figure
out where to start. The help files in Soundforge aren't
very helpful. Could someone please point me in the right
direction?
