Subject:Batch Processing... and SF4.0e

I need to batch process AVI files to Microsoft ADPCM....and I'm using sf4.0...also...I tried the sf4.0e
upgrade, but heres the problem. I'm on a machine that had sf4.0 pre-installed, so I don't have the
original product CD, and it says I need it to upgrade. How to I get around this?? Any help will be
greatly appreciated.
