Subject:Looping in background

Anyone know how I can get SoundForge to play two files simultaneously? I want to loop an
ambient sound and test out noises on top of it without having to mix them into the same file.

Forge can only play one file at a time.

Sounds like you need Acid. What you're trying to accomplish will be much
easier there...
