Subject:Multiband threshold slider breaks, labels turn red

Suddenly, in the multiband processor, the graphics on the THRESHOLD sliders in many of my custom presets have turned red and I can no longer adjust the threshold. In the affected presets, the threshold remains stuck on "inf." Any suggestions here?

This problem is not specific to SF9, nor my new HP laptop. I first saw it happen several years ago on a Dell desktop, running SF7. I recall that I, then, reinstalled my custom presets using the Preset Manager with no success.

Yikes!

Can you share one of these sfpreset files somewhere? If not, please contact tech support and describe the issue and then send the file to them.
