Subject:Can't Update SoundForge

Hi,
When I try to download an update for either of our
copies of SoundForge Iam told by the updater download page
that the serial number is not long enough.
Both our's are sevem digits long and the updater seems to
need somthing 18 digits long?

Any ideas anyone ?

your serial # should be in this format:

xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxx

if it doesn't work, just call sonic foundry and i'm sure they will help you
out with your legally purchased product.
