Subject:Upgrade Sound Forge

Hi,
I'm posting this here as I can't find any way to contact
Tech support, Can anyone Help.

I wish to download an upgrade to our sound forge software
but the serial number box, on the web site, req's 18
characters and the serial numbers in both our user manual's
are only 7 digits ??

Any ideas any one ?
