Hallo, last week we have installed Sound Forge 4.5 for analyzing focus groups. We have some wav-files and marked important informations with regions. Now we plan to create a new file with some regions from the wav-files. But how can we do this? We try it with the function "batch converter", but there is no chance to resample the regions. Is there another way to solve our problem? Thanks in advance Greetings from Germany Michael |

I can be off the mark here, but...It sounds like you have marked areas with "markers" in the wav. file. If the region you want to resample is between markers (if not, just surround the region with 2 markers) double click inside the region to highlight it. Then click , , , and you'll have the section pasted in its own window. From here you can resample or do anything else to the file. Of course you can combine many of these files by paste, crossfade...
