Folks, Looking to preserve my LP collection on CD and it appears SF (w/Vinyl plug-in) will do the job, but have some specific questions before I buy: 1) Besides my PC, sound card and SF software, is there anything else I should require? (mandatory or optionally recommended) 2) Can I record an album and have it transferred to CD with individual tracks for indexing in a fairly automatic fashion? 3) Expecting some bias here, but is SF the only way to do this, are there alternative H/W or S/W schemes for doing this? (e.g. external A/D converters, etc) Just looking for plusses/minuses from someone who's embarked on this already. Thank you, Tom |
