Subject:sample rate conversion

We've just started working with SF and have a question about converting 8-bit to 16 bit. We use
Discreet Logic's edit* for video editing and it requires that all .wav files be the same sample rate.
When we get an 8-bit .wav file it must be converted to 16-bit to import into the Video software. I've
figured out how to convert from 16 to 8 but not the other way. Is this possible in SF?
