DV encoded AVI video frames not displayed -Sound Forge - PC

Subject:DV encoded AVI video frames not displayed Posted by: DigitalDavid Date:4/2/1999 3:47:40 PM I am trying to use Sound Forge to tweak the sound of my small DV movies. When I load the AVI files into Sound Forge XP v4.5b, the frames of video are all black. These AVI files are DV encoded files via the Sony Software DV codec (720x480 30fps). Does sound forge lack the support for these types of AVI files. The other non DV encoded AVI files I have on my PC works just fine. Anyone else run into this problem. If I can't see the video frames then this defeats the purpose of the software for me. Ricardo David ricardohome@att.net
