Subject:Recording just stops

When recording at 16 bit stereo, I never get more than 1 minute of recording. SF just stops with
no error. At 16 bit mono I can get about a 2 minute recording before it stops by itself. It varies
5 to 6 seconds more or less.

I have 1.6 gigs of Hard disk space left and 64 megs of ram on my pentium 2.

Do I need more memory??

Input source is from a DAT into the computers sound card (Sound blaster).
