Subject:Multi Track recording

I'm a first time user who is probably to anxious to get some tracks down to read the manual
.But I want to do some tracks and have got my guitar plugged into my soundcard. I've laid down
one test track and I now want to do some overdubs on separate tracks. I scanned the manual
quickly but couldn't find anything on overdubbing. Help would be appreciated.

SF is great for editing and processing sound, but it's
not designed for multitracking. Try Samplitude or Cakewalk
Audio and you'll get a multitrack recorder with separate
independent and perfectly synchronized tracks. I use
Cakewalk and easily get up to 12 mono tracks of CD quality.
But your sound card's gotta be fully duplex, so that you can
hear the previously recorded tracks and the ones which are
being recorded!
Igor.
