Subject:Upgrading XP45 to XP45b Trouble

I purchased the Downloadable version of XP45 a while back,
and recently recieved a message telling me I can get a free
upgrade to the new version. After downloading it, I
attempted to install it, but it is asking me for the
original installation CD !!! I don't have one !! There is
no way around this. Help !

Add me to the list of XP45 users who downloaded originally
and now cannot update to XP45b as, when asked, we cannot
insert the original CD.

A prompt solution by Sound Forge would be appreciated.
